I'm so grateful you are here and following along my digital diary.

I can't promise you I know where this podcast will take us, but I can promise you that the DMP is here to cultivate a safe and healthy community for us to chat about life's shittiest truths.

Our discomfort, our grief, and our healing are unavoidable. Let's walk through that discomfort together, hand in hand. This is a space for us to converse without barriers, share the honest truth of grieving parts of our lives past and present, and find a bit of humor and light in it all.

In loving memory of my kick-ass mama, the DMP is a creative outlet for me to connect to her and to connect within. And I hope you can find connection here too.
