July 15, 2020253 // why do you fight like you are running out of time?because you are. every moment that passes is another moment you either were or were not working on you and the things you want in this world. I kinda lived with this image that the life I wanted was not a possibility. I didn't see anyone who looked like me out here doing this work so I just pushed past the possibility. you can do anything and you should be fighting for yourself like you are running out of time because you are. it is possible from wherever you sit but everyday young and old is another gift what are you doing for your life? i would be honored to read your death of a dream storysend to:the death of a dream Attn: Hanna NussPo Box 543Denver, IA 50622If this episode or the show has helped you in any way I invite you to share it with a friend.connect:[email protected]www.nussinc.com...more38minPlay

July 07, 2020247 // the #1 way to stop yourself from stopping again.i know this all to well. especially as an enneagram seven I am very well known for being pumped about something, using all of my energy in pursuit and stopping before I even start. seriously. so how do you correct that because while it may seem like a weakness it is also a strength when contained and maintained. today we are talking good solid habits and movements for your life. no matter what you want to do. i would be honored to read your death of a dream storysend to:the death of a dream Attn: Hanna NussPo Box 543Denver, IA 50622If this episode or the show has helped you in any way I invite you to share it with a friend.connect:[email protected]www.nussinc.com...more36minPlay
July 06, 2020246 // how to stop being "just fine" with your life.everything is fine is a phrase i overused in my past life. still using it today to escape weird conversations but I had this inner craving to be more than fine to be good. to be GREAT in fact. the audacity am I right? how dare her. especially in this society that has been built on this idea that grateful is more important than greatness. i am not saying be ungrateful in fact, you should practice gratitude every day (don't overthink it, just a prayer or thought will do) but do be hungry for the life you want and then move to make it happen. it can be easy to stumble your way into being grateful for something you don't even want just because it is comfortable and you were told to feel this way about it. i would be honored to read your death of a dream storysend to:the death of a dream Attn: Hanna NussPo Box 543Denver, IA 50622If this episode or the show has helped you in any way I invite you to share it with a friend. connect:[email protected]www.nussinc.com...more37minPlay
July 03, 2020245 // how to make friends as an adult.i remember about six months ago asking someone like how do you do that. how do you have friendships with depth outside of work? i didn't really know. most of my childhood friendships existed out of proximity and similarities but as an adult, I didn't have similarities with people except the ones who were workaholics like me and the reality is those are the worst friends to have because you will never see each other and therefore you really aren't friends at all...so I wanted to make friends. this is true and how I did it and it really is as simple as what we talk about all the time...being about something. July 02, 2020244 // why self-improvement is the most VITAL step to live life on your terms.self-improvement gets this bad name. really it is so vital that I can't honestly even sit here and say that had i not started tapping into the know greats of this work I would never have gotten here. but you can't just read the books and get there. and it won't only take the one time. it takes working on yourself every day to show up as your best version. start listening to yourself. she knows what is right. i would be honored to read your death of a dream storysend to:the death of a dream Attn: Hanna NussPo Box 543Denver, IA 50622If this episode or the show has helped you in any way I invite you to share it with a friend. ...more38minPlay
