you owe it to yourself to show up how you want in this life. pick something that you want to grow in during this downtime and show up there. learn everything you can. stop only showing up for the game of no accountability for your life and what has happened. you can choose. you can choose to show up and move past the things that "held" you back. show up bigger. show up with the fierceness you deserve for your life.

i know, trust me. i wanted to just post the photo. i wanted to just do the workout and find followers based on thier belief that i was just better. i wanted everyone to love me because of all of these things but this wasn't really me. this was a part of who i was but not the whole picture. the real stuff. the starting over and chasing new stuff that is who i really am.

no matter what that call is. i am requesting that you show up great for your life. promote yourself into the vibe you want to feel. stop pushing your focus on others and look inward. you are the best answer there will ever be. seriously no one else could or would ever have what you have and that is awesome! if you do not promote yourself no one else will. practice grounding yourself in greatness.

i always thought those low moments were the ones to hide. the ones that broke you and did not build you. but now i realize those moments are what make us. instead of covering them up i talk about them EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. why? because those are building you as the person you were meant to be. you can avoid them or include them. including them means you are going to show up every day for the hard. the rejection. the failure. and you will grow into the person you want to become. avoiding it will never give you what you are truly looking for.
