are you even setting yourself up to win. would you even know what a win looks like. we can all write down a dream or goal the ones that win are the ones that practice it along the way. start gearing up for 2020.

I want you to start thinking about what 2020 looks like to you.

why would you ever think you wouldn't be equipped with what you need to pursue your dreams...seriously.

you win or you learn but there is never a loss. all of the journeys are built to take you where you need to go. it is up to you the path you follow because of those things. you are built for greatness.

you are in control. you have so many hours in a day. what are you doing with them. seriously.

who will catch you when you fall. it doesn't have to only be yourself. set yourself up people who can take you from your low point up. it is a two-part rescue.

why in adulthood do we feel like failures...all the time. the world is not constructed how most of our life is in our youth. lets set you up to win.

the middle is made of madness. all the hate and self-doubt. i have been put on this earth to pull you out of that cycle. you can't start and expect the end game. you start at zero and you have to grant all the grace in between.

you are the x-factor you have been in search of. today we are walking through an exercise to ground yourself in the strength of your persistence.
