I went down a rabbit hole today and got onto Lion's Mane mushrooms and how they are a variety of nootropic due to its cognitive and memory boosting benefits.  I'm getting interested in trying this as a powder, added to my morning smoothie.

I found a speech by Charles Bukowski about reinventing yourself and here's my take.

I started listening to Jocko Willink's book, Discipline Equals Freedom and have been reminded of lessons everyone learns and having them reinforced with Jocko's method of storytelling.

I watched a speech by Jeff Bezos, leader of Amazon.  He spoke about finding your passion, paying attention to the signs of your passion, and becoming an expert.

I talk about Steven Pressfield's The Warrior Ethos and another chapter of the DotCom Secrets book by Russell Brunson, The Invisible Funnel.  Today was a very busy day on a day that should be relaxing.

I talk about the next chapter in my reading of the DotCom Secrets book - The Perfect Webinar.  The main thing that popped up that I have to see in action is The Stack as I can't see myself or anyone really going through 20-30 different benefits or features while recapping the previous ones and introducing a new one... one by one.
