I took some notes on the 5AM Club book by Robin Sharma about the 5-3-1 Creed of the Willpower Warrior... I dive into the 3 Virtues of Heroic Habit Makers and how it related to a business call I got today.

Today I started reading Robin Sharma's The 5AM Club and thought this would be a great time to totally immerse myself back into the 5AM club and improve my performance.

I gave my presentation today on Beyond S.M.A.R.T. Goals.  I broke down how to set your goals, break them down, and how to track and measure your progress... but, out of it I learned some things that I want to share with you.

I talk about an idea I've been playing with in my head on total immersion learning.  Currently, I'm thinking about applying the total immersion learning to Spanish and really getting into it so that I can improve my fluency and seem like a pro.

I got my new budget microphone to record my podcast and learned some more about recording better sounding podcasts such as different mics, audio interfaces, and even digital recorders.

I also got my Thrive 6 mushroom mix in today and will be trying it out in my smoothie and letting you know what I experience from it.

I started redesigning My Veteran Agent (myveteranagent.com) in ClickFunnels and so far it's starting to look fantastic, but I noticed something as I was making changes to an image and uploading the new change with the same image name.

I spent the day running some errands with the family and post production for a photo shoot I did for a family last week.  I go over an awesome tip on improving your photo editing with some of the settings.

I continue to talk about gamifying your life in part 2 as I ran out of recording time on my phone.  Time to gamify my podcasting and switch to recording on my Mac.

I went down a rabbit hole and got into gamification and how you can apply it to your own life.  I discuss what Aubrey Marcus talked about in his podcast, Steve Kamb and his book Level Up Your Life, Chris Hardwick and his book The Nerdist Way, and Wim Hof and his book What Doesn't Kill Us.
