Body language breakdown! Now in terms of my schedule, this is a little out of sorts as this is technically a podcast episode! But, this is the follow on from the first part that ran last week! An indepth discussion of Prince Andrew's Body Language. Which FYI, contained one of the funniest hate comments I have ever gotten! Check the comments out to have a look at that! 

Me and Adam sit down to go through the full interview and whoah boy! This guy is really really terrible. This is some of (what I would consider) the most obvious displays I have ever seen! It almost begs the question as to why there is even an enquiry. The man goes from distancing language to referring to the infamous couple in questions as personal friends! Shocking behaviour! There are a select that are familiar with the work of Michael Murray and those that are, are richer for the experience! During this podcast Michael shares his thoughts on how he tackles problems, puzzles and lateral thinking and the applications of these towards how we tackle things of a more deductive nature! Even down to the way that he set about tackling the simple issue of the lottery, and you know what? He solved it! We talk about what to do during times of struggle and how to change your mindset accordingly so that it strengthens what you do and doesn't harm what you do. Michael was even so generous as to share his 13 steps to creativity! All of which he applies to tackle things that people think are impossible. Nowadays he shows these same naysayers (probably about 5 minutes later) the 30 or so ways he has of achieving the desired end.

Now as many of you may or may not know, at the time this was recorded I have Covid. This sickness is no joke let me tell you! This episode is in as a follow up to the channel publication I had made a few days earlier in relation to training with Covid. So many people ask on a daily basis 'How can I train during lockdown' so the video's intended purpose goes into detail to understand the methods I use to stay as sharp as I can during illness. There can things to use for brain training purposes anywhere, it just seems to be that excuses can be found more readily. Not as a dig but just as an observation. I should get some kind of sponsorship from I Literally Just Told You haha.

In this episode we take a look at what is to come for us and 2022. Optimism and hope and a zest for.....nevermind haha Anyway, one of the discovered games that you can use for training is Geoguessing. It is by no means a secret as there are many streamers that go through use of this for hours on end. For us though in terms of sharpening our Rational processing and gaining feedback of information that we can use to sharpen the efficacy of our memory palaces. Dropped down anywhere on the planet, could you tell where you were? Exactly?

Hi Everyone!

Welcome back to another episode of the podcast ladies and gentlemen. In this weeks show we started off with a plan, we were initially set to discuss the nature of the body language discussion video and things took a decidedly different turn. We decided to take on a live read of some of the people involved in the TV show First Impressions. A show in which a few people are introduced to each for the first time and asked some very direct questions. We put our deductive prowess to the test and managed to confirm our answers as and when we made them. A true training test!
