• Pray for our current therapists at Lifeline:  Angela, Ashley, Whitney, & Kim – Pray for our therapists to have clarity in how to approach and best help each family.
• Pray for 10 yo adopted boy dx with RAD. Still struggling with violent outbursts years later. That God will provide rest and confidence to parents and siblings; that hearts will be softened and that love can be received.
• Praise God for the families He has brought to the counseling department and the work that He has accomplished in each so far. For their courage and faithfulness in committing to do hard things, and prayers for strength as the journey continues and work deepens.
• Praise for the support of exec and the board for our counseling ministry and the ways that so many around Lifeline invest.
• Praise for the money coming in from both donors and insurance.

Join us as Herbie Newell leads us through Acts 8:1-25 and prayers for Foster Care in the United States.

• Pray for the churches involved in foster care in both AL and SC and for these partnerships to expand into more than just recruitment of families, but holistic support of foster families and birth families and financial support.
• Financial Provision for our Foster Care Program-Pray that God will continue to provide for our needs as our program grows through church partnerships, grants, and individual donors. Pray specifically for grant requests that are outstanding.
• Pray for our partnerships with DHR and DSS. Pray the Lord will deepen and strengthen these relationships and to grow the level of trust between all parties.
• Pray for the upcoming trainings that we are doing for DHR supervisors and for the State to allow more opportunities for us to train their staff.
• Children in care: 
  • Salvation.
  • For healing from the trauma they have endured
  • For God to use their stories for his glory
  • For quick reunification when families are safe and supported.
  • For adoptive families for those where parental rights have been terminated
• Birth Families: 
  • Salvation
  • For them to know their value/identity does not have to be based on their past
  • For them to be motivated to accomplish what they need to in order to be reunified with their children
• Current licensed foster families- wisdom, grace, strength, and patience as they daily minister to children in need.
• For several families who are currently in process with DHR who have been waiting a long time to be licensed.
• Foster Families in process-Pray that they will complete the necessary requirements in order to become licensed, so that they can start accepting placements.
• For more families to respond to the specific needs of older children, sibling groups, and medical special needs through the upcoming classes at Valleydale, Homewood Church of Christ, Evangel, Briarwood Presbyterian, and Radiant Church in Charleston, SC.
• For upcoming continuing education opportunities: for the Lord to bring many families and CPS workers to these to be equipped to care well for the children in their homes/caseload.
• For more churches and individuals to holistically be a part of foster care and to consider hosting family visitation rooms, babysitting, and other volunteer opportunities.
• For open staff positions in AL: for the Lord to fill these positions with people who have the unique giftings that meet the specific needs of the role.
• For the completion of the Fostering Hope package to equip churches to care holistically for foster care.

• Pray that our country and its leadership would submit itself to the authority of God.
• Pray for more expectant mothers to choose life for their children.
• Pray for protection over the ministry of Lifeline.
• Pray for birthmothers who desire to make contact with their children.
• Pray for the children who may meet their birthparent(s) for the first time, and for their families and their ability to navigate that new relationship with grace, love, and confidence.
• Pray for birthparents and adopted children who desire a meeting but hear no response from the other party.
• Pray for peace and confidence for prospective adoptive families as they wait for God to bring children into their families.
• Pray for their extended family and friends of waiting couples to be a community of support during the wait.
• Pray for courage and peace when they hear “No.” Pray that their identity is in Christ, not parenthood.
• Pray for the Cater family, as they grieve the return of Addison to birthmother and birthfather, and discern next steps for their family.
• Pray for families as they learn the heart of open adoption and choose their level of openness. Pray that our staff would prepare them well.
• Pray that our families would desire to share the gospel above all else, and would navigate openness with wisdom.
• Pray for the situations where the birth mother and the APs struggle with their mutual openness.
• Pray for the new families entering our domestic program from Bethany Mississippi.
• For the staff working with these families in all of our domestic states.
• For the mission-minded families God brings to Lifeline.
• For the opportunity to work with more birthmothers in new states this year.

• Pray for our partners in Taiwan, Cathwel, that the Lord would sustain the work that they are doing in Taiwan with Birth mothers and vulnerable children.
• Pray that the Lord would draw unbelieving workers at Cathwel to Himself, especially Grace.
• Pray for growth in the partnership between Lifeline and Cathwel
• For the Gospel to go forth in Taiwan. Pray for the grip of Buddhism and Ancestor Worship to loosen and the God of the gospel to triumph.
• For growth and awareness of this special program as we continue to advocate for children.
• Waiting child: Morgan- 8 years old (female)
• Pray for children who have been waiting for a long time: children with severe special needs, older children, and sibling groups. Pray for God to call and equip families to care specifically for these hard to place children.
• That God would protect waiting children while they wait.
• That new doors would open to see more families bringing children home from Taiwan.
• Praise the Lord for the hearts of the workers at Cathwel (the agency in Taiwan) as they truly desire what is best for the children in their care.
• Praise the Lord for possible opportunities to more deeply invest in Taiwan
• Praise God for the 3 families who are currently answering the call to adopt children from Taiwan

Join us as Herbie Newell leads us through Acts4:32-5:11 and prayers for Colombia.

• That the church will be strengthened and the true gospel will spread in Colombia. Pray for them as the Church becomes more aware of the orphan crisis and as we progress in discipleship with the local churches. Specifically praying for the following churches: Renacer, Vida Bogota, La Libertad, and Vida Nuevo
• Pray the Lord would bring redemption and truth to those living in Colombia. Colombia is working hard to progress and come back from past histories with drugs, prostitution, sexual promiscuity, corruption, and violence. Pray the Lord would bring truth and peace to those who call Colombia home.
• For God to give grace, provision, and peace to those in the midst of the adoption process. We have many families in process pursuing older children, host children, children with medical needs, and larger sibling groups. Pray the Lord to guide them and to give them endurance.
• Pray for one of our families as they have been patiently waiting for a match with a boy named Jhoan. They have been through a lot, and we are anxious to hear good news for them hopefully soon.
• Pray for post adoption families. Many families are home and walking through challenges of parenting children who have faced a lot of trauma. Pray for wisdom, endurance and encouragement for all of them.
• For God to bring more missional families that will be flexible and understanding with the process and the complex needs of the children of Colombia
• The Lord to prepare the children being pursued by our families now, that their hearts would be prepared and at peace with all the upcoming transition.
• The Lord to grant us the opportunity to advocate for more waiting children and have more opportunities to advocate for better policies to benefit them in the long run.
• Pray for our upcoming hosting program, where we will have 21 children coming to the USA in December.
• Pray all the children will come to know Him as their Eternal Father and Savior.
• Pray for continued growth and in Caregiver Education in Colombia – that the Lord would continue to open doors to local churches who want to invest in and be a part of orphan care ministry.
• Pray for the foster parents that went through training this year – that they would continue to pull from the things they learned and would feel encouraged and empowered.
• Pray for the upcoming medical missions trip happening Nov 24-30.
• Pray for wisdom for the (un)adopted team and for the Latin America team as they work together to plan for future trainings and team trips in Colombia.
• In Country Team: Soraya, Julieth, and Joanna
• Wisdom for them as Soraya leads and works on some challenging cases, builds relationships with government, and balances a big case load.
• Pray for our in-country team as it is growing and expanding
• That those working for central authority will come to know Him and for grace and efficiency as they review our families. That they will work in best interest of children and creatively find solutions for many political issues that hurts the adoption process.
• Pray for the new directors of ICBF

• Kyrgyzstan has 6 million people and 88% of the people practice Islam. Pray the Kyrgyz church would be strengthened and the gospel would multiply throughout the country!
• Pray for leaders to rise up in this country that will assist in the furtherance of the Gospel, as well as better care for vulnerable children.
• We have completed 5 adoptions from Kyrgyzstan and 3 more families are in the process of completing their adoption. Please pray that more families feel called to adopt children 5 years and older!
• Pray for the 3 active families pursuing adoption in Kyrgyzstan
• Pray for doors to open with our UnAdopted Ministry. We are waiting for a partnership to open up with some of the orphanages and Baby Home.
• Pray the Ministry will continue to find favor with our paperwork and that they will work hard and make it a priority to get children ready for referrals.
• Pray Zhalyn will continue to build strong relationships with the Ministry and with orphanage directors, doctors, etc. Pray he will continue to find favor as he upholds strong ethical standards.
• Pray that God will lead us to orphanages, churches and individuals we can partner with.
• Praise the Lord for our team members on the ground, Sasha and Zhalyn and the work they do to serve our families.
• Praise the Lord for our Lifeline team – Josh, Jana, Brianna and Toria and the work they do State side to serve our families.
• Pray for Zhalyn – and praise that he continues to hear the gospel from our families and that he will understand what it means.  Continue to pray for his salvation!

Join us as Herbie Newell and Blake Wilson lead us through Acts 3:1-26 and prayers for Haiti.

• Pray for the people of Haiti as continuedunrest takes place. In the last several months, there has been a heightened political climate, with many protests and demonstrations taking place. Pray that the Lord’s sovereignty will reign above the corruption, and that its people will turn their hearts to Christ and His salvation.
• Pray for IBESR, Haiti’s Central Authority. Pray for wisdom and supernatural discernment to be poured out over the officials involved in direct connection with children’s files, especially those on the Matching Committee. Pray for IBESR as they continue to implement changes in the matching procedure in Haiti. They recently have implemented a new categorization system for crèches that could also affect how a crèche operates. Pray that anychanges made would ultimately be in the best interest of the children.
• Pray for Meredith, Brooke,and our (un)adopted team as they continue to walk through open doors in Haiti. Pray for new meetings with potential partners, and for continuedbuilding upon already existing relationships with partnersin-country.
• Pray for the(un)adopted trip in Haiti (October 25th-29th). Pray for the team led by Brooke as they train caregivers at two crèches, make efforts to meet with potential new partners, and meet with the director of IBESR. Pray that the effects of this trip will far extend beyond the short time the team is able to spend in country.
• Pray for Lifeline families who have been matched with children and are waiting to bring them home. Pray for hearts of deep trust in the Fatherin their continued waiting,and for strength and grace to walk by faith during the times of slower movement and prolonged waiting.
• Pray for our families who have been waiting in IBESR for many years now for a referral. Pray that the Lord would oversee their referrals, and soften the hearts of the Matching Committee at IBESR to any advocacy efforts made in relation to matching.
• Praise the Lord for Sandy! She has faithfully served at 3 Angels for many years, and will soon be coming back to the U.S. after her years living at the guesthouse for the crèche. Pray for her as she transitions to a new normal, and praise the Lord for how He has used her life while living in Haiti!
• Praise the Lord for the TEN families who were able to go on their Gotcha Trip this year and bring home their precious child(ren)! Praise that even in the midst of long waiting periods with Haiti, God has always remained faithful to finish what He starts in a family’s adoption journey.

• Pray for the local church and missionaries residing in Brazil that they will be united, encouraged, and bold.
• Pray for truth and conviction for the people of Brazil. There is a great amount of poverty, liberalism, and societal issues that impact the people of Brazil.
• Pray for the leaders of the country that they would makes laws that protect the rights of the children in care.
• Praise for our new family in the program! Pray as our other families complete their home study and dossier process. Pray for our two families who are pursuing family members.
• Pray for our families that are home with their children and are continuing to share the gospel with them.
• Pray for mission minded families to want to pursue adoption from Brazil.
• Pray for the children in care of CEJAI & the children who are living on the streets. Pray that God would reveal Himself to them, provide for their needs, and bring their paths to cross other Believers that would help care for them.
• Pray for our team: Josh, Beth & Ferrah
• Pray for Marcia and Marcos on our team in Brazil.
• Pray for our in-country attorneys. Pray that they feel supported as they continue to advocate for the children of Brazil.
• Pray for the workers at ACAF and CEJAI (central authority) that they make decisions that are in the best interest of the children.
