As one grows the other grows.  We often seek external validation for trust and internal validation for confidence.  the reality is that we need both to be seen in almost if not equal measure from our own view and the view of others. 

In this episode, I share a deeper conversation that I had the pleasure of facilitating between a group of introverts and a group of extroverts.  It was authentic, insightful, and revealed so much!  This group was able to create a deeper connection, they increased their self-awareness and they knocked over lots of myths and stories they had told themselves about the 'other" side.  Enjoy!
