This Friday Sir-vere drops his new podcast on Rova, Aotearoa Hip Hop, featuring well-known Kiwi artists including: Che FU, Church & AP, David Dallas, Dawn Raid, DLT, Decepticonz, Dei Hamo, Emcee Lucia, Ladi 6, K'Lee, Mareko, Mark de Clive Lowe, Manual Bundy, Melodownz, P Money, Savage, Scribe, Sisters Underground, Slave, Tom Scott and many more.

Season one comprises six episodes and covers 1980 through to 1996, starting with the untold story of DJ Tony 'Teepee' Pene, and ending with Che Fu starting his solo career.

In his NZIFF documentary Milked, Chris Huriwai travels around the country searching for the truth about how this source of national pride has become the nation's biggest threat. It's rapidly gone from a land with no cows to being the biggest exporter of dairy in the world, but the industry seems to be failing in every way possible.

Performance poet and writer Daniel Goodwin was halfway through his studies at London's Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts when he was mugged in a park. Afterwards, he experienced psychosis for the first time.

Now Dan mixes his time in his art, and speaking about mental health and how his experiences influence his writing and performing.

Award winning filmmaker Jan Oliver "Ollie" Lucks joins us to talk about his latest NZIFF documentary 'There is no I in Threesome'.

Lucks takes the viewer by the hand and says, "Hey, let's try polyamory." Just as he and his girlfriend get engaged, then move to different ends of New Zealand for professional reasons, sleeping with lots of other people before their wedding 12 months hence seems like the smart thing to do... until it isn't.

David is an an ex-comedian, TV and Radio actor, a recent cancer conqueror and documentor of his battle with cancer in the popular column 'A Mild Touch of the Cancer' on NZ's Stuff. David was given less than a year to live but managed to beat cancer in a remarkable series of lucky breaks. After a year of chemotherapy, and staring a terminal diagnosis in the face, David got a literal lifeline, with the chance to get on to a clinical trial in the USA. Now a genetically modified cancer-killing machine, David's reflecting on the lucky series of events that saw him beat cancer, and on his new approach to life.

Peter Wolfkamp is a builder, a broadcaster and the site foreman on TV3's The Block.

Pete began his building career in 1987 and fell into radio as the resident builder on Newstalk ZB, a role he still continues to this day, every Sunday morning, from 6am-9am.

Kaylee Bell is an award winning Country Pop Artist originally from Waimate, on the South Island of New Zealand. Kaylee mixes her time between NZ, Australia and Nashville.

Kaylee has performed with Keith Urban and have opened for The Dixie Chicks and Morgan Evans amongst others. She was recently announced as the face of a new Spotify global playlist, an honour which came with a giant billboard in Time Square with Kaylee's face on it.

Tom Sainsbury, aka "Snapchat dude", is a comedian, actor and writer known for his hilarious Snapchat impressions of people, including of former MP Paula Bennett with whom he now works on TVNZ's new game show, Give Us a Clue. Tom can also be seen in Wellington Paranormal as Constable Parker.

Ruby Tui is an international athlete and Olympic Gold Medalist for the NZ Rugby Sevens team.

Ruby shot to international fame when a post game BBC interview went viral with the world loving Ruby's relaxed nature, humorous responses and 'kiwi' way of responding.
