WARNING: This episode does contain the pleasant sound of a tattoo gun, and for those watching, you may also see a very faint amount of blood.
Brian Pagas is a tattoo artist in Newark OH and also the proprietor of the Meraki Gallery in Newark OH, where Destin is producing a show on March 23rd. To pass the time of Destin being in the chair getting more work on his shoulder piece, we decided to roll the mics!
In this episode, we talk about Brians early life, his transition into tattooing and getting back into painting, his musical talents and our hope for the future, not just for art in the community but the world as a whole.
A greatest hits episode of previous guest all getting drunk and driving the snakes out of Newark OH with an hour and a half of acting a fool! Follow all of them on their socials and check out our sponsor Buddy's Beard Care!
In this episode, we discuss their musical origins both individually and collectively, as well as sharing life stories and then spending the majority of the episode trying to top Chuck's story in Germany(we don't succeed)
In this episode, we discuss the musical origins of the individual members as well as what caused them to join forces, we organically slip into a dad joke off(Destin's wish come true!) and then discuss the numerous hobbies they have outside of music, and great amounts of musical history before concluding with a performance of their cover of Patti Loveless's "You'll Never Leave Harlan Alive"!
Kelsey Diller is a radio personality with the WCLT music group, host of "The Vibe" podcast, and singer. Having known Kelsey almost longer than almost everyone on this podcast, we naturally had almost too much to talk about, but our wide-ranging conversation covered:
Boujee Water and Nestle's stance on women's rights, autism, sleep apnea, freedom of speech in music and in comedy, war, cats( and Catz), her career in country radio, our shared history as karaoke host, Destin's core shaking recent gig, movies being unnecessarily brought back after decades, Kangaroo Jack, Taylor Swift, terrorist and Brussell Sprouts.

Buddy Holley(not that one), Brian Noah and Emmy Buttrick are all stand up comics that graduated "The School of Talk", a Stand Up Comedy workshop run by Destin, and he couldn't be prouder of the work they have already done in such a short time. See Emmy's episode for bio, but...
Buddy Holley is a small business owner (Buddy's Beard Care) turned stand up, and in just a few months he's already done great on booked shows and is set to appear in his first comedy festival(Brickey's World Record Comedy Festival). To put it perspective, it took Destin 2 years to get on a festival! Also a Newark Ohio boy, a former bandmate of Destin, and husband and father of two, and sporting maybe the best damn beard in the comedy game right now, He is... Destin for great things!
Brian Noah is a farmer from Johnstown Ohio turned stand up, and in less than a year he was crowned a winner of The Attic Comedy Club's Top Dog Competiton. His style and material is unlike anything I've seen so far(In the best way possible) and is also a husband, father and Destin for great things.
In This Episode, we have lengthy discussions on Mental and physical health, everyone's comedy origins, basics of producing shows(not just comedy) and all around have a great time of 4 friends catching up after months apart.
Leyla Ingalls is a stand up comedian from Dayton OH, she is such an amazing comic that she won "Rookie of the Year" in Columbus!
