Chuck talks about what you need to start a podcast. He recommends basic equipment, website setup, and gives tips on picking a topic, recording, and reaching your audience.

Now that you've got your goals for the next 3 years, let's break them down into the things you can do right now to get to that place in 3 years.

This is where you plan your workouts for the next 3 months. You plan the time you're going to spend on open source, learning, watching videos, etc.

He outlines the areas of your life you should plan out. Brainstorm the big and even insane ideas and then pick and choose the ones that you'd really like that will fulfill you.

Then plan out where you'd like to be in 3 years. This allows you to work backward from there.
