E. Smitty is back now that he has released his Soul Powers album! (1:19) We welcome back Misha V the R+F cohost and we catch up with what’s been going on with her being an essential worker in the health field..(7:50) to practically to the end of the show we go in on people still protesting about wearing the masks and the Capitol (terrorists) storming the building!! Mac and Makk are back tackling a very serious topic. After the two discuss some of the healthy changes they are making for the new year, they get discuss why, even with all the training and programs available, is suicide still on the rise (24:25). Then Makk want to let you all know how he feels about James Harden crying is way to Brooklyn (1:16:21).

I just want to talk about how the rules change from the protests in spring and summer last year, to the "protest" that happened earlier this year.

Yeah I said it. This entire episode is a full on rant from Mr. FUIM regarding the storming of the Capitol Building. He gets right into it from the start focusing on the White audience first (00:40) and moving on to the Black audience (14:05). Po up, smoke sumthin, and rage against the machine with Mr. FUIM.

E.Smitty embarks on the last R+F podcast of the year(:00 to 2:30) he expresses his gratitude for the followers on Facebook and Instagram and looks to keep building for the future..(2:31 to 6:33) E.Smitty gives a heartfelt send off to his co-host “Meesh” who will be concentrating on her career but will still pop in from time to time...thank you Meesh for everything!! (6:34 to 27:23) Smitty titles this segment “The Last Supper” and basically says to the people “figure this thing out sooner than later or it will be hell to pay”..(27:24 to 35:44) adds more to the “Last Supper” dealing more with personal relationships that are not good at all and it’s time to move on in order to move forward...Please enjoy this episode and Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!!!

Mr. FUIM closes out 2020 with a bang as he is joined by the Datfeelin family to discuss the best albums of the year. We get right into the albums (2:30) at first but quickly get sidetracked on a condom tangent (12:50). We get back focused (19:10) and have hilarious back and forth as Mr. FUIM is shocked by some of the albums named. We wrap things up giving MRK SX his flowers for a great 2020 musically (61:30) and plug the long-awaited debate on top emcees of all time which will be held on the Smokepit.
