This episode is a solo one, dedicated to Jord, whom we have decided to split ways and go on our own individual journeys. This episode is a reflection of that journey, and even though it's still pretty fresh, honouring the love, growth, and transformation that I received from a beautiful 3 year relationship.
I share from my heart the delicate transition that comes from break-up, one that is liberating, scary, and profoundly healing.
Life keeps teaching me to have a deep trust and faith in my heart, that life is always happening for us.
Love is teaching me everyday, deepening my viewpoint on what love truly is.
Love is a state of consciousness, and through the practices of meditation, cultivating a deeper love for myself, allows you to choose what's right over what is easy.
Letting go of attachment I have held, to a future, too security, too being afraid to be on my own, as the time is now to give everything I seek in a relationship to myself.
Meditation is one pillar of support I lean on, that brings my mind back to a heart-centered space, even when life is challenging and always changing, there is stillness and presence even amongst the external chaos.
When there's self-love, Inner peace can always be found.
Meditation is a process of non-attachment, it allows us to examine our minds, behavio's, addictions, and ways in which we like to hold on to tendencies, relationships, that keep us stuck in repetitive, unhelpful, eventually painful cycles of self-sabotage.
Allowing ourselves to fall apart gracefully, it is the sweetness of meditation and spiritual practice, is an effortless but slow process of awakening to your most authentic Self.
Meditation has allowed me to understand and love myself more fully, it has taught me love is unconditional and everything that is not love is just attachment, fear is attachment, when the love you have for yourself grows there’s no room for anything that is not love.
So the lesson I am taking is fear holds on love lets go.
Thanks for tuning in and listening, it means a lot.
May you Happy, May you be well, May you be Free.
