Dr. Kori Propst, health psychologist, and Beth Brouillard, owner of The Diet Doc Worcester have a conversation about how we feel about our bodies, where those feelings come from, and how we can begin to view our bodies differently.
They use the analogy of a relationship with another human to illustrate the ways in which we can begin to build trust, respect, and greater intimacy with our bodies.
