Our Second guest, Dom Smith is a music journalist who suffers from spina bifida and co-founded the soundsphere online music magazine. Dom dedicates much of his time helping the disabled make a breakthrough in the working world of music and media. Dom won a National Diversity Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence and was dubbed one of the 'hundred happiest people in the country' by the independent on Sunday.
