In fact, Harvard and many others have done studies on the success of goal setting and well, the facts are out there, those who set goals ended up achieving more, having higher incomes and satisfaction rates than their non-goal setting counterparts.

Rejection is never easy, It doesn't really matter how many times I have been told no there is still a little sting that comes with it. Because with it comes to a whole can of worms like ‘is it me, is it my offer, is it what I did, did I do enough? Was I too over the top? And so on but rejection also has a great place in the whole scheme of things when it comes to life and in business…

Heck, I’d be on a totally different path if I wasn't rejected from time to time. I wouldn’t have had the experiences and the opportunities I have had to work with some amazing and I mean amazing people which has all been possible because I came through being rejected.

What you are and what you aren't committed to plays a very big role in your business, in your relationship, in your finances, in your weight, and well, it's pretty safe to say in your life. This is because if you are committed to something that doesn't serve or support your bigger goals and visions then it's highly unlikely that you will get there.

So many of us are guilty of doing this... We let fear stop us from doing what we were put here to do. From serving those who need us most and from owning our own power and standing out for who we are.  Before listening to this question I want you to ask yourself, do I want to be living from this place of fear, stopping me, holding me back, and limiting my own success or would I rather do it anyway and not only see results but the knowing that comes with it that I am worthy no matter what others think about me, that I am amazing regardless of what I have or haven't done yet and that I can do it because of who I am.

Have you ever stopped to think about why you just aren't getting those things that you want, those things that you desire, and those things that would make your life a heck of a lot easier… Well, it might be because your deserve level is running a little low. 

if you have a low deserve level, if you don't think or act like you deserve these big dreams, and big goals that you are going after, then, like the weather lady says, there's a 99% chance that its going to rain on your parade and you just won't see the results because you might be extremely close and then you will sabotage yourself, you will do something, not do something and go back within your comfort zone because that is what you know, its what you feel comfortable in (even if it's uncomfortable).
