reality is self~biased. nothing is real until you say it is. you have the choice of perception & how to run your entire life. morals, laws, & outside sources of information are not correct. what you say is true, is the only truth & will always be the only truth.

giving my energy to looking at the wrong in my recent relationship in order to not accept i desired to let it go was a form of self~sabotage. by trying to always change my perception, I was missing the most important fact: it was time for a change & me to release this relationship, not figure out how I could keep it.

the phrase “if you knew better, you’d do better” is meant to be contradicted & thought through. the human race is obsessed with self help & how we can somehow improve our lives/self. there’s no improvement meant to be chased after. when we are meant to improve, we will. ***btw I had a cold so bear with me :,)

our soul leads us through every experience. it always has & will continue to until we return to it. the idea of trying to trust can also be looked at as not stressing over trusting because it’s already taken care of for you by your higher self.

please do nothing. nothing is soul~liberation. it’s freedom. life is not meant to be a 24/7 hour job. let go of this idealistic illusion.

relationships have become a fix for our egotistical desires. they have taken a twisted means of high importance. in order to experience wholesome meaningful relationships we must act & perceive others as they are, not as what they can fix or do for us.

every second you are painting your reality. start on a blank canvas, not one with old paint from strokes you’ve made in the past. accept your canvas & focus on your canvas, instead of looking at any other canvases. your canvas is perfect. it’s the only canvas there is.
