Dr. Varun Dixit’s philosophy is "If you want to do something.... do it right!" and it has served him well academically and professionally. He was trained as a Plastic Surgeon at the coveted L.T.M.M.C., Mumbai and has the unique distinction of securing the Gold Medal at both M.S. (Get. Surgery) and M.Ch. (Plastic Surgery) exams at the University of Mumbai. He further honed his cosmetic surgery skills by training with an American Board Certified plastic surgeon. He is the co-director of a dedicated cosmetic surgery centre - Make A Change Clinic, located at the heart of Mumbai city. His clinic through years of delivering cosmetic surgery results of the highest standards and by adhering to ethical practises is now a highly respected and renowned centre for aesthetic surgery.

Dr Varun Dixit's practice includes several celebrities from the movie, television, fashion industry. This has been the result of his keen awareness of the importance of minimising scars and his dedication to delivering natural looking results. From craniofacial deformities to impants and from syndactyly to skin grafts to help burn victims, Dr. Dixit covers almost everything that falls within the realm of plastic surgery.

Dr. Ryan D’souza is a practicing Ophthalmologist registered with the Medical Council of India and Maharashtra Medical Council, with over 21 years of experience in Cataract and Refractive Surgery.

Dr. Ryan DSouza presently runs the CEDS Eye Hospital in Bandra and is also attached as an honorary Consultant to the prestigious Lilavati Hospital and Medical Research Center in Mumbai. His primary areas of interest are in Cataract and Refractive Surgery. Dr. Ryan DSouza has been involved as a US FDA investigator in the clinical trials for the ReStor Multifocal IOL implant in 2006. He is also actively involved in academics, has delivered several lectures and been involved in different academic boards on domestic and international platforms. He also has a keen interest in Medical Retina and has completed a short term Retina fellowship from the Aravind Group of Eye Hospitals, Madurai.

Dr. Ranjana Dhanu is a surgeon specialized in laparoscopic and robotic surgery, currently practicing at prominent hospitals in Mumbai, including Hinduja Healthcare, Asian Heart Hospital, Breach Candy Hospital, HN Reliance Hospital and Surya Childcare. One of the most renowned Minimal Access Surgeons in the country, she has been a consultant for the past 23 years. By 1996, she was appointed as Honorary Consultant in Gynaecology & Obstetrics by most major corporate hospitals in Mumbai.  In fact, she is the only obstetrician in the country who has to her credit having delivered the grandchildren of the most prominent politicians across party lines, as well as having attended to the obstetric needs of the families of prominent business houses, bureaucrats, celebrities and corporates. Dr. Prachi Mahajan has been practising as a Consultant Surgeon with special interest in Breast Oncosurgery,  Minimal Access Surgery including Bariatric surgery in the city of Nagpur since 2004 and has since been associated with Orange City Hospital and Research Institute and Lata Mangeshkar Hospital. She has been rendering her expertise to the people of Central India as the first lady laparoscopy and Bariatric Surgeon and the only lady FRCS and UK trained surgeon.
