I also reiterate using all the knowledge you have gained through doing your due diligence on getting a dog that is a good fit for you.

In this episode I talk about what kind of dog should you get. Seems plain and simple right? Well not always. Sometimes the dog you want is not the right dog for you. Cramming a Great Dane into a tiny 500 square foot efficiency is not fair to dog and you will probably not like what happens when it gets bored and chews up your favorite pair of heels. Pugs are great but do not make good running partners. English Bulldogs are so wonderful but that 3 mile uphill hike you want to do every weekend might kill that kind of dog. So assessing what kind of dog should you get is one of the most important decisions to make first.
