Individuals from all over New York City come to the ACC every day of the week for reasons as diverse as reclaiming lost pets, adopting new furry family members and getting resources to help them keep their pets in homes. Our guest today is Katy Hansen, who is the Director of Marketing & Communications at the ACC. She joined in 2015 after having spent 20 years on Wall Street.
