Dr. Mikolaj Raszek is an expert on human DNA. He is a founder and owner of Merogenomics Inc. a consulting company based out of Edmonton helping clients with private access to whole genome sequencing and related technologies. Merogenomics Inc. specializes in cancer DNA profiling, DNA testing for undiagnosed diseases, prenatal screening and sequencing in healthy asymptomatic individuals for preventative assessment. Dr. Raszek did an undergrad degree in genetics, doctorate degree in biochemistry and post-doctorate work in agriculture genomics, all completed in the beautiful capital of Alberta. Dr. Kristen Eccleston’s key differentiator is her first-hand knowledge and demonstrated competence grounded in real-life professional experience. She has a Doctorate of Education in Mind, Brain, & Teaching from Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Science in Special Education from Johns Hopkins University, and a Certificate in Educational Leadership and Administration from Hood College. Dr. Eccleston was the creator and former Director of the Enhanced- Social-Emotional Special Education Services (E-SESES) Program for Montgomery County Public Schools and was a Montgomery County Special Education teacher for over 15 years. She is currently an Adjunct Professor at Towson University in their Secondary and Special Education Graduate Programs. Dr. Eccleston has worked on extensive research examining adolescent mental health impairments in the education environment and is well versed in the needs of the neurodiverse brain. She currently serves as part of the Smithsonian’s Zero Barriers in STEM Education Advisory Committee and is a National Board Certified Teacher: Exceptional Needs Specialist.

Dr. Eccleston has extensive experience creating and reviewing Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Her work as a Special Educator has provided her with expertise administering educational testing and creating individualized learning plans tailored for student success. She has served as an expert witness in court cases specific to Special Education.

Dr. Eccleston is the mother of two elementary students and enjoys spending time with her family in her spare time.

Mike O'Dowd spent 24 years as a pilot in the Air Force, flying combat missions across seven deployments from 1985-2010. He was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross for Valor in Combat. William Adams was one of the first black entrepreneurs in the Silicon Valley. He is an award-winning D&I innovator, engineering trailblazer, and philanthropist. After rolling out critical XML code globally in many of Microsoft's core products, he was named the first Technical Advisor to the CTO, Kevin Scott. He co-founded the LEAP apprenticeship program – named Microsoft's D&I Program of the Year in 2020 – He helped launch the training of more than 26 engineering cohorts worldwide. Today, 98% of LEAP participants have jobs in Microsoft or other high-tech companies. His most recent collaboration is with the leadership of the U.S. Virgin Islands to establish and train a technical talent pool and build critical technology infrastructure. Through his company, Adamation, he developed mission-critical custom enterprise apps for Steve Jobs' NeXT computers and pioneered a network instant messaging service purchased by the CIA.
