Victor Vaca Crackhead Jesus

Victor-Hugo Vaca is an artist and filmmaker. Due to his whistleblowing regarding a rape at the U.S. Naval Academy, and his controversial film Crackhead Jesus, which documents the horrific story of a surgeon serial killer who is still practicing in Baltimore, he became a refugee from this country.

After escaping China right at the outbreak of the virus being released from the Wuhan Lab, only hours before the last border was closed, on the same day whistleblower Dr. Li Wenliang died.

He is currently living in the former Soviet state of Georgia, near the Black Sea, Turkey, Syria, and Ukraine. Victor and Don Jeffries discuss a variety of compelling subjects.
