In the 1970's, the era of serial killers was rampant with the likes of The Zodiac Killer, John Wayne Gacy, Ted Bundy, and Rodney Alcala but you may not have heard of one named, The Doodler. He is a serial killer who was active in San Francisco who would meet his victims, draw their faces and isolate them before brutally killing them. There are 5 confirmed victims. It has been approximately 50 years and this case still remains unsolved but some recent updates prove to be promising. We discuss the social climate at the time, the victims, the anonymous 911 call and the police sketches.
