Celebrated my birthday recently and still there is horrible shit going on in the world today. Listen as I actually give you some things you can do to be sure you're taking care of you during this tough time.

Hey there! I know it's been a minute since I've done an episode. Life has been lifing, but we back at it and going to continue to do good work in this world! Remember it's okay to ask for help when you need it. Pride is a bitch and can get in the way, but you don't have to let it rule. Do what you gotta do for you and keep on moving.

Your boy is tired...It's been a long month and I've been on the move every day, every weekend, and it's my own doing. It's okay to rest and take time off if needed. I just needed the reminder for my body tells me to sit my ass down!

So much going on recently and I have so many thoughts and opinions, though it's difficult for me to get it all out in a way that's understandable. I'm human, I'm hurting, I'm angry, I'm sad, and I'm still going to keep doing good in this world.

You ever wonder about people who you used to talk to and then all of a sudden communication between you just stops? Yeah, it happens to me too. Listen as I talk about how we can navigate those losses and appreciate the time we actually got to spend with them.

Man, do you ever feel like you're doing a shitty job as a parent? I can't front, there are several times where I feel like everything I do is wrong and that I'm doing a horrible job as dad. Listen as I talk about some of the do's and don'ts of parenthood.

This has been a damn good weekend! So many awesome things happened this weekend, in particular our second annual Black Fathers Summit. Such a dope experience especially with the amount of growth we had from year one to year two. We are going to get better and better every year.
