Dr. Victor Saenz is Chair of the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy at the University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Sáenz has a Ph.D. in Higher Education and Organizational Change as well as a Master’s degree in education from UCLA. He also has a  Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a Master's degree in Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Saenz is the founder of an award-winning initiative at UT Austin called Project MALES. This project launched a statewide initiative called the Texas Education Consortium for Male Students of Color.

Dr. Emmet Campos is the director of Project MALES and of the Texas Education Consortium for Male Students of Color. He serves as the chief operations officer for all Project MALES and Consortium activities and is responsible for communications and engagement with key partners. Dr. Campos earned his Ph.D. in Cultural Studies in Education/Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Texas at Austin and also holds a degree in Comparative literature from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Together Dr. Saenz and Dr. Campos lead a summer study abroad program based in Puebla, Mexico. Their program introduces students to emergent research on Latinx identity in K12 and higher education, focused on the topic of masculinity as it is theorized and practiced in the US and Mexico.

Lingyu Kong is the co-founder of BobaFit, a protein company that is empowering Asian Americans to live healthier lives through products and media celebrating both Asian culture and people. Lingyu currently serves as a customer success specialist for Trend, an influence marketing platform. He is the host of the “creators network podcast”. Ling-yu also happens to be Cesar's old roommate from when they lived in Beijing, China.

Dr. Devin Walker is the Director of Global Leadership and Social Impact - at The University of Texas at Austin. He earned his Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction at The University of Texas at Austin in 2018.  His research portfolio focuses on the intersection of race, sports, and education with an emphasis on international education. In 2017, he was awarded the Global Leadership Award from the Diversity Abroad Network for his work in creating equity and access within international education.

Dr. Walker is also the CEO and founder of the World Walker Foundation, which provides educational and financial resources to help students of the African diaspora participate in service-learning trips within the African diaspora.

Dr. Walker is a world citizen who has taught English in Korea for 2 years, has lived in 5 countries, and traveled to 30 countries.
