Today is Day 1 of All-Star voting in the NBA, which made us think it's a great time to talk about who we'd vote to become an all-star this season in each conference. With the amount of star talent in the NBA today, there are more players who deserve an all-star spot than there are spots to give. We talk about our starters in each conference, as well as our 7 reserves, and the players who may end being snubbed this year. Enjoy!

This episode, we look back on our predictions for each of the regular season awards from episode 3 and talk about how close/far away we really were, as well as who has been leading in each category through the first quarter of the season. We also talk about what our predictions could do, if anything, to get back into these conversations. For the LA teams, this may be a bit tougher to believe due to their record, but there is always something that can be done better. James Harden has officially played his first game as a Brooklyn Net, and he played pretty fantastic. After finally getting to choose his destiny as a basketball player and landing in BKN, many people thought that Kyrie's disrespect of his teammates and general toxic locker room antics would end. Instead, he has missed the last 5(!) games due to Personal Reasons, and has been spotted partying without a mask and giving Zoom lecture talks instead of playing basketball. The attitude has been impossible to root for, and we rant a bit about him this episode. With the recent news of James Harden becoming a Brooklyn Net, and the bench being even weaker than it was before, Brooklyn desperately needs Kyrie to suit up again if they want to make the NBA Finals, and make this trade worth it. With the recent news of all the players across the league either testing positive with COVID-19 or coming in close contact with someone who has tested positive, we give our thoughts in this episode on how this news will impact the league. We discuss whether or not the NBA should consider a temporary suspension to the season, and how these depleted rosters may affect standings by the end of the year. Despite the lack of a full offseason, many rookies have come into the NBA this year already looking like quality NBA players. In this episode, we pick a dozen rookies and give them grades based off their performance so far. We are aware that this is early into the season, and many, if not all, of these grades are going to change. But, many of the starts for these rookies have been noteworthy, which is why we wanted to discuss them early.
