The Phoenix Suns are an unstoppable force. Chris Paul has been arguably the best PG of the playoffs and has helped lead the Suns to a 3-0 series lead over the Denver Nuggets, much to my disappointment. Nikola Jokic had an incredible game 3, putting up 30-20-10, but it was not enough to overcome the weakness of his roster. Utah has taken a 2-0 series lead, mostly on the back of incredible scoring from Donovan Mitchell, and excellent team defense. The East has been far less competitive. The Nets and Sixers have both lost a game in their series, but both look to be finishing out their opponents in 5 games. After an incredibly entertaining game 7 from the Clippers and Mavericks, the first round of the playoffs has officially come to an end. There were some shining stars in this first round, like Devin Booker scoring 47 to eliminate the Lakers and Jokic averaging 33ppg on incredible efficiency to beat the Blazers in 6. After suffering a quick 4-1 series loss to the Brooklyn Nets, Celtics GM Danny Ainge is retiring from his position, and Brad Stevens is taking the position of President of Basketball Operations. Brad Stevens has worked incredibly closely with these players for years, and should hopefully be able to build this team in his image. This also means that the Celtics need to find a new Head Coach, and early rumors are not incredibly promising. In basketball news, Damian Lillard dropped 12 threes and 55 points yesterday in a loss to Denver, putting the series now at 3-2 Nuggets. We're now three games into a handful of first-round matchups, and there have been some incredible standout performances from the young talent of the NBA. After having a terrible game 1, Anthony Davis has averaged 34/10 the past 2 games, taking 35 free throws in the process. Luka Doncic has owned the LA Clippers and has us a bit worried about Kawhi Leonard's future as a Clipper. Ja Morant scored a career-high 47 (!) points against the Jazz in their loss Wednesday. In this episode, we break down how each series has gone so far, and what each team should be doing to win going forward. After tonight's game between Memphis and Golden State, we will finally be into this year's playoffs. With that, we wanted to give you guys our list for who we think the top 10 players are in these playoffs. Both of our lists are based on who we trust the most going into the playoffs, and who had the best regular-season play this year. This is a year for lots of players to prove themselves as clutch players in the playoffs, like Joel Embiid and James Harden, who I expect to have monster performances in this first round. Some other players, like Lebron James and Dame Lillard, are known clutch performers and will absolutely show out in every series they play in. Yesterday marked the final game for every team in the NBA for this year's regular season. There were a ton of interesting games with important implications, like Warriors vs Grizzlies and Wizards vs Hornets. Steph Curry managed to secure his 2nd scoring title, averaging 32ppg this season, with a 46pt night against Memphis, while Russell Westbrook had his 184th career triple-double in a win over Charlotte. In the second half of the episode, we talk about every upcoming playoff matchup, including the most exciting player-to-player matchups and our predictions for who will win each series. With the news of Jaylen Brown tearing a ligament in his wrist and missing the rest of the season and playoffs, we thought it was a good time to make an episode breaking down the problems that have plagued Boston this year, and take any silver lining that we could from the season. The C's managed to play 0 games together this season with a completely healthy lineup, which seems to be one of the driving forces behind their lackluster season. We talk about what kind of decisions are left for Boston to make in the offseason, and who we should look to trade for if we can. There's still a few weeks left of basketball for Boston to play, but JB's injury really kills any chance this team had of making a strong run, so we felt it was best to look forward and see where they can improve. Also, Russell Westbrook has secured the NBA's record for most career triple-doubles, which absolutely deserved a shoutout. Hope you enjoy!

We are very close to the end of the regular season, and there is some turmoil in LA. Andre Drummond has not been the savior that the Lakers have needed and has actually actively lost them games in this last week. The only good win from the Lakers came when Frank Vogel benched Drummond and let Marc Gasol defend Jokic, which he did incredibly. Also, we wanted to give our lists for the three All-NBA teams, and talk about why we feel each player deserves their title. Some players, like Steph, Giannis, and Jokic clearly belong in the 1st team. There's still some time left in the season for some of these players to move up and down our lists, but the majority of our picks are likely to be All-NBA selections at the end of the year. With Anthony Davis and Lebron both missing over 15 games with Lakers, many teams in the West had the opportunity to catch or pass them in the standings. Portland was one of those teams, with Jusuf Nurkic and CJ McCollum both returning for injury, and with new acquisition of ex-Raptor Normal Powell. Instead, Portland sits at the 7th seed in the West, winning only 3 of their last 10 games. This episode, we talk about what the problems have been for Portland during this stretch, and what kind of changes should be made to this team in the future. We also cover my favorite team in the Nuggets, who have surprisingly held strong despite Jamal Murray's injury. They may no longer be Finals-bound, but they are still an excellent team led by the soon-to-be MVP Nikola Jokic.
