The 2021 NBA Draft is finally happening. With all of the hot takes we have had about the players entering this draft, we have had changes of heart with many picks. In this episode, we discuss some of those players and how our perceptions of them have changed, and where to expect some players to fall in the draft. The Lottery is pretty wide open this year for picks 7-14, and there are a few big names we brought up that have shot up mock draft boards recently. Also, Ben Simmons continues to be shopped by the Sixers, who are currently asking for a "James Harden-esque package", which is not something Simmons deserves. The chance of a Bradley Beal trade still looms over the league, with the Celtics being a prime target to acquire him if he does request a trade. The NBA Finals came to an end yesterday with one of the best Finals performances of all time, with Giannis dropping 50pts, 14reb, and 5 blocks to seal a 4-2 series victory over Phoenix. With a Championship and Finals MVP now under his belt, Giannis is building one of the best basketball resumes of all time. In this episode, We cover the legacy implications following the win for Giannis and the Bucks, and what comes next for Chris Paul and the Suns. Chris Paul is likely never coming back to the Finals, and may be forever forgotten as a talent because of his lack of accolades. The Bucks likely never have another run as easy as this one to the Finals, so we also talk about what to expect from this team moving forward

Damian Lillard held an unexpected conference after a Team USA practice addressing rumors that he was going to request a trade soon. While he did softly deny the rumors, he did admit he wants a chip, and he doesn't feel like his team could get him one. We think he will be gone soon, and we give some ideas as to where he may go. Also, The NBA Finals is tied at 2-2, after another 40-10 game from Giannis in Game 3 and a 40pt night from Middleton in Game 4. This series is now wide open, and a championship will have a huge legacy-defining impact in either direction. It is time to see if Chris Paul can get his act together and play more like the version of himself we saw close out the series to the Clippers. Enjoy the episode!

The NBA Draft continues to be one of our favorite parts of professional basketball. In this episode, we came up with a tier list for career paths for each rookie projected to go to the lottery, as well as some other notables names from this draft. The Tiers are Superstar, Star, High-End Role Player, Low-End Role Player, Role Filler. We give some reasoning for each player, as well as how the team they get drafted to might change that answer. At the end, we give a couple of our hot takes on who we expect to be much better or worse than expected next season. We are back! We've been off the past week or so dealing with personal matters, but we are through 2 games of this year's NBA Finals, and it's time to talk about it. Chris Paul and Devin Booker have lead the way for Phoenix, both scoring over 27ppg so far. If the series continues this way, Chris Paul may very well be on his way to earning a Finals MVP, which in our opinion seriously puts him in the top 5 point guards of all time category. On the Bucks side, Giannis has been carrying this team about as well as any team could ask for, scoring 42 points in the Game 2 Loss. Without big contributions from Jrue Holiday and Khris Middleton, this series looks to be over fast.

The NBA Finals are almost here. Chris Paul played possibly the most meaningful game of his 16-year career, dropping 41 points and 8 assists with 0 turnovers to give Phoenix the series win over LA. The Suns are now Finals bound and get some much-needed rest while the Bucks and Hawks battle in the East. Injuries have temporarily knocked out the best player for both teams, and the better-coached Hawks won convincingly in game 4, and have a bit of momentum going into game 5. If the Hawks are able to top the Bucks, there are headaches awaiting the GM of Milwaukee regarding what to do with Jrue Holiday and possible Khris Middleton, who have both had mostly underwhelming playoff performances. Atlanta is a very young team, filled mostly with guys who have never been to the playoffs. Despite that, they have a strong chance of winning the Conference Finals, and advancing to play the Suns. Both teams are incredibly similar in their construction, with star offensive guards and solid depth at big men. It would be incredibly entertaining to see Atlanta make it to the Finals and face the Suns.

The order for this year's NBA Draft was picked live on TV, and the Detriot Pistons received the #1 overall pick for the first time in decades. This episode, we go over the top 10 draft order, as well as give some takes for who we think belongs at what spot. Watch for a new episode soon with a full mock draft for the lottery picks. The Conference Finals have started in both the East and West, which gave us a good time to talk about the Sixers' collapse in the series and where the blame should go for that squad. The Atlanta Hawks haven't gotten enough credit for their success this postseason, and we also felt like that was past due. The Suns have taken a quick 2-0 lead over the Clippers, and look to have a great chance of making the Finals and winning the Championship. Hope you guys enjoy the episode!

The offseason moves have started early for new Celtics President of Basketball Operations Brad Stevens, with Kemba Walker and the 16th pick in this year's draft being traded to OKC for Al Horford and Moses Brown. Al Horford has had plenty of reason this past season and should be coming back into the Celtics roster with fresh legs and a solid understanding of the offensive and defense that the Celtics run. Around the league, Rick Carlisle, Stan Van Gundy, and Scott Brooks are no longer coaches of their former teams, and there have been constant rumors about how those coaches' spots will be filled. Round 2 has been continuing this week as well, and the Sixers and Bucks collapsed in crucial moments, potentially sinking the rest of the series for themselves, which we talk about in this episode. We also go over the Jazz - Clippers series and give our thoughts on what to expect from games 6 and 7. Enjoy!

The Milwaukee Bucks have found themselves still in their series against the Nets, in large part due to an ankle injury suffered by Kyrie Irving early in the game. With the series being tied 2-2, and no word on when James Harden or Kyrie will return, we felt like it was a good time to talk about how much danger the Nets' playoff goals are now in. Without 2 of the best point guards in the game, Kevin Durant will be asked to do much more than usual in order to get his team the win. KD has gone most of his career with an elite co-star in the playoffs, and the next 2 games in this series could be legacy-altering from Durant. If he can manage to put on an offensive showing and lead this Nets team to a series win, it will be time for people to recognize that this man can win big on his own. If he cannot do those things, this series will likely add more fuel to the fire for KD haters who have refused to give him his respect since his move to the Warriors.
