Author Marianna Buffolino is a new and upcoming writer from New York. Married to her childhood friend, Marianna and her husband grew up and continue to live in New York close to their families. Her love for books that pull you into another world has given her the urge to begin writing herself. Marianna’s vision is to write stories that bring a mix of romance, suspense, and heat with a roller coaster of emotions, adding a touch of darkness.

She prefers mixing alpha males with alpha females while peeling back their layers to reveal their weaknesses. Dramatics and twists and turns are also reflected in her writing. Traveling and anything that opens herself up to new experiences is something Marianna enjoys. She loves having brunch/dinner drinks with her close friends just as much as she enjoys spending evenings at home cuddled up with her husband as they debate what to watch on Netflix.

W. L. Hawkin writes the kind of books she loves to read from her home in the Pacific Northwest. Because she’s a genre-blender, you might find crime, mystery, romance, suspense, fantasy, adventure, and even time travel, interwoven in her stories. If you like “myth, magic, and mayhem” her Hollystone Mysteries feature a coven of West Coast witches who solve murders using ritual magic and a little help from the gods.

The books—To Charm a Killer, To Sleep with Stones, To Render a Raven, To Kill a King, and To Dance with Destiny—follow Estrada, a free-spirited, bisexual magician and coven high priest as he endeavors to save his family and friends while sorting through his own personal issues. Her standalone novel, Lure: Jesse & Hawk (2022) won a National Indie Excellence Award, a Gold Reader's Choice award from Connections E-magazine, a Crowned Heart Review from InD’tale Magazine, and placed as a finalist in The UK Wishing Shelf Book Awards.

Lure is a small-town romantic suspense story set on a Chippewa Reservation in the American Midwest near the fictional town of Lure River. As an intuitive writer, Wendy captures what she sees and hears on the page, and allows her muses to guide her through the creative process. In an upcoming book, Writing with your Muse: a Guide to Creative Inspiration, she explains her writing process and offers tips and techniques to help writers get their words on the page. Wendy needs to feel the energy of the land so, although she’s an introvert, in each book her characters go on a journey where she’s traveled herself. http://bluehavenpress.com

Joel H. Cohen was born and raised in Calgary, Canada. In addition to writing several films, two books, and complaints to newspapers about inaccurate horoscopes, he’s been a writer/producer on The Simpsons for the last 21 years. Joel has won three Emmy Awards, three Writers Guild Awards, and, one time, a glass donkey in a game of bingo.

Celebrated sports commentator Dan Patrick and comedy writer Joel H. Cohen team up with some of America’s greatest comedy writers to tell you everything and nothing about America’s sport! “Greatest” is actually just a bad type-o for “mediocre” No, not darts; we mean pro football (book on professional darts coming never).

The Occasionally Accurate Annals of Football is a love letter to America’s favorite game, full of highlights, history, great plays and players, scandals, Super Bowls, and a series of lies, idiotic theories, baseless conspiracies, a diet that may kill you and, of course, a poorly-written haiku. The book takes the credibility Dan Patrick has built up over a stellar broadcast career (ESPN, NBC Sports, something called “Peacock”) and risks it all with these falsehoods, half-truths, and even some quarter-truths.

This parade of inanity is co-written by Joel H. Cohen (3 Emmys, several cavities due to poor flossing) and includes contributions from certifiably hilarious people, such as:

Andy Richter (Late Night with Conan O’Brien) 2. Brian Kelley (The Simpsons, Saturday Night Live) 3. Chuck Tatham (Modern Family, Arrested Development, How I 4. Met Your Mother) 5. Mike Price (The Simpsons, F is for Family) 6. Donick Cary (Silicon Valley, New Girl) 7. Christine Nangle (Inside Amy Schumer, Saturday Night Live) 8. Broti Gupta (The New Yorker, The New York Times, The 9. Simpsons) 10. Rob Cohen (Saturday Night Live, Big Bang Theory) Illustrated in two colors (black and white are colors, right?),

The Occasionally Accurate Annals of Football informs (a little), entertains (a lot), and is the perfect gift to taunt the Jets fans in your life.

The Outfit has been involved in a wide variety of criminal activities including gambling, loan-sharking, prostitution, drug trafficking, money laundering, extortion, labor racketeering, adult and child pornography, political corruption, and murder.

The individuals and events in Inside are composites of real people and real events. “I saw a lot of things in my younger life, the type that most people only experience when watching a movie or reading a book,” says Hoffman. “The world that I come from and was raised in was so unusual, and even to this day, not all of the stories have been told nor the facts revealed on some of the biggest moments in mob history. I am here to set the record straight and to share what it was really like to be immersed into moments of life and death, where who you trusted could cost you your life, and what you say could be your final words.”

Author Dennis Feece Love, Pride, & Murder is an entertaining novel, the kind readers can just lose themselves in and shut the world out. It is a mystery featuring a private investigator who doesn’t play to type. Along the way, the story features spies, assassins, and an assortment of unsavory deeds all helping to create a surprise ending.

“Thomas Bradley Stone, the detective, was drawn to be multi-dimensional, and not a cliché,” asserts author Dennis A. Feece. “He has a past, much of which is necessarily buried, and this gives him a mysterious edge at times.”

Love, Pride, and Murder is a murder mystery, taking place in New Hampshire, primarily Concord and upstate, near Hanover, and Woodstock. A young woman hires the PI to investigate a supposed accident that she believes to have been a murder. The plot is woven around the investigation.
