Dr Alex George is a Welsh Mental Fitness Advocate and television personality who serves as the UK Youth Mental Health Ambassador within the Department for Education and this week he joins Chris and Tom at The Butcher's Tap and Grill in Chelsea. They chat about sounds they find relaxing, whether different pasta shapes really change the taste and whether or not it's right to peel a mushroom.
