Janelle Clevenger McLaughlin, M.A., is a Senior Partnerships Consultant for Advanced Learning Partnerships working with districts all across the United States. She is a former curriculum director and classroom teacher. She has been a full-time consultant since 2015 where her experiences range from job-embedded coaching for teachers and administrators, to leading reflective collaborations and facilitating leadership development. 

Ms. McLaughlin has a strong belief in the power of education and the role leaders play in building a strong foundation for the organization. She has worked with educational leaders in over thirty-five different states and two countries. She has presented on numerous topics at national and international events. 

Janelle’s first book, Leadership at Every Level: Five Qualities of Effective Classroom, Building and District Leaders, was released by Solution Tree Publishing in January of 2022. Shelia Foster LNHA MHA. Shelia became a licensed nurse in 2000. This jump-started her career. She later continued her education by returning to college and eventually getting her Masters in Healthcare Administration with a minor in education. I have my Master's in Education and over fifteen years of tutoring, coaching, and helping guide others in completing objectives. I started my own tutoring company in 2011 in North Dallas, and now we are an online nationwide provider. We have been contracted for major corporations, homeschool families, and individual families.

I love to be active, play sports, travel, explore cultures, scuba dive, craft/repurpose, learn, and hang out with my husband and three cats!

Will Deyamport, III, Ed.D. is a District Instructional Technologist for Hattiesburg Public School District, serving grades K-12. He is also a digital transformation strategist, writer, and podcaster. Prior to taking on a full-time instructional technology role, Dr. Will was a social media strategist for a career development company.
