We start in on Crown of Swords! First there's the usual recap chapter where we check in with various villains and antagonists. Then Perrin grapples with the aftermath of the battle at Dumai's Wells. Battles aren't so much fun when it's people you're chopping up.

Egwene gets spanked by a belt, travels through the dream, then gets elected boss of all Aes Sedai for her trouble. Worth it. Then, Mat gets sent to Salidar by Rand via magic shortcut and now has to deal with a town of upset Aes Sedai. Much easier, but definitely not worth it.

Rand is attacked by a Grey Man, who is immediately destroyed by Taim, who couldn't be more suspicious if he tried. Meanwhile, Nynaeve does the impossible and Heals Logain. Not necessarily a good thing, but still very impressive!
