Egwene's incredible sacrifice inspires Rand. Mat's battle strategy pays off after the forces of Light get a little lucky. It helps that a loophole in the rules lets Olver summon the Heroes of Legend to help. The Dark One is running out of Forsaken after Aviendha, Lan, Talmanes (!), and Egwene have trimmed their head count a bit.

In the Battle, Mat's counterstrike depends on Fortuona deciding to come to the rescue. They could really use that Horn but it seems like it's about to be eaten by Trollocs. Egwene isn't waiting around, though; she decides it's time to clean up this "M'Hael"/Balefire problem for good. Lan draws the curtains on the Demandred show.

Mat's battle plan is baffling everybody, hopefully in a good way. Rand and the Dark One continue their debate. Demandred is on top of the world, since he's winning the battle and he still has time to sword-fight the Andoran nobles who keep wandering in.
