Audrey has always had a fear of conflict. Feeling sick to her stomach and go above and beyond for the other person and make sure there is peace. It’s only recently that she realized that this is not ok. Realizing that she has been betraying herself by not speaking her truth and has put other people’s feelings before her own.

Sabrina shares how growing up needing validation and how she seeks for it in the wrong place, lived with a lot of doubt, and struggles with trusting her self.
