It is incredible to me the power a single thought/belief can have over us. They can be powerfully helpful or powerfully hurtful. Are you aware of the beliefs that are holding you hostage and sabatoging your life? Who would you be without that thought?

Anxiety has been apart of my life as long as I can remember. My relationship to it has changed greatly in the last few years. Here is my story. Here is what I have learned so far. 

Not only is it 100% possible to see a noticeably happier and healthier version of yourself, but it is also possible to accomplish it without anyone or anything around you changing. It starts with you and with what is inside your control. You can go from being the victim of your environment to the architect of it.
