There is a version of ourselves(false self) that is born out of fear, shame and blame. There is also another version of ourselves(true self) that is born out of faith, hope and love. To go where you want to go you will have to let one die and the other start to live.

What you do is intimately linked to who you are. To do something new you are going to have to access or even become something new. 

If you are purusing a dream, a goal, or growth in any way, you will want to listen to this.

So what does the journey of transformation/growth look like? It looks like being pregnant with hope! New life goes through a process of growth in you before it manifests outside of you and into the world.
