A politically charged shooting can generate thousands of videos, photos, identities, locations, witness accounts, and movement records. Those materials can feed the systems that turn people into searchable patterns: faces, trajectories, associations, vehicles, accounts, organizations, and networks.
I followed the timeline around the Charlie Kirk case, from White House technology infrastructure and federal voter-data demands to FBI digital-media intake and the network-focused policies that followed.
