I keep my mind and thoughts off this world and I place my entire focus on God within as the only Cause of my prosperity. I acknowledge the Inner Presence as the only activity in my financial affairs, as the substance of all things visible. I place my faith in the Principle of Abundance in action within me.

Statement 9.
When I am aware of the God Self within me as my total fulfillment, I am totally fulfilled. I am now aware of this Truth. I have found the secret of life, and I relax in the knowledge that the Activity of Divine Abundance is eternally operating in my life. I simply have to be aware of the flow, the radiation, of that Creative Energy, which is continuously, easily and effortlessly pouring forth from my Divine Consciousness, I am now aware. I am in the flow.

I continued to angst all night last night because I couldn't sleep. My mind went beserk with worry. When I review number 9, it's the opposite of what I was doing. 

If we accept our own divinity, then our cup is full. In fact, it ‘runneth over.’ It’s the basis of Rhonda Byrne’s book “The Secret” I don’t have to angst. Everything is working in my favor. So even today, as I was back in the TV anchor seat again, I was reminded that communication  is one of my creative outlets. It makes me not only incredibly joyful but it's a my gift.

Catherine Ponder, in her book the “Dynamic laws of prosperity,”   recommends making contact with your higher self and the creative ideas that come from the visit. This can come in the form of sitting still, meditation, journaling. When we engage in a brand of prosperity thinking, it leads to rich ideas, rich actions, rich results.

Statement 8.
My consciousness of the Spirit within me as my unlimited Source is the Divine Power to restore the years the locusts have eaten, to make all things new, to lift me up to the High Road of abundant prosperity. This awareness, understanding and knowledge of Spirit appear as every visible form and experience that I could possibly desire. 

Resources that help with this statement:
There have been years and years where I observed a poverty mindset. Life had knocked me down. Series of bad choices around relationships. Bad choices around career. I was grasping at straws, allowing my bank account, my job, my freelance work to define me. Those years were marked by depression. bedbugs. Strife. Eating almonds for lunch. Fishing in my change jar for subway money. Those years, I was vibrating at such a low frequency. Those years took something from me.

It was when I focused inward and started to build myself up, with workouts, getting off the 2:30am shift that the whole world started to shift to my song.   

I was living so separate from Source. I was pinching off the money supply by putting the focus of my wealth consciousness externally. Not investing in my own gifts. Creating my own body of work.

Everything is available and possible. It requires making a decision and clarity of what you want,. 

Bob Proctor’s "12 Success Principles" says attitude is also key. Write down the 20 things you love about being an entrepreneur or your company. If you struggle with this list, write down the 20 things that get you down about your job. Everything in life has an opposite. The opposite exists.  When making the list, what’s the opposite? This is designed to elicit a positive attitude

I did the exercise and listed below 4 opposites

1. I never get to turn it off. I’m always working.   OPPOSITE: I can vacation anytime I want. I can work from Paris this summer. I couldn’t do that while in TV, which I thought was my dream job.
2. The rollercoaster that is money. OPPOSITE: I get to make as much money as I want. Nobody can cap it.
3. I hate sales calls with unqualified people. OPPOSITE: With my new coach, I’m putting in better systems to pre qualify people

Statement 7. 
The Divine Consciousness that I am is forever expressing its true nature of Abundance. This is its responsibility, not mine. My only responsibility is to be aware of this Truth. Therefore, I am totally confident in letting go and letting God appear as the abundant all sufficiency in my life and affairs.

Bob Proctor in his book the “12 Success Principles” talks about the difference between those who observe a "poverty consciousness" versus a "wealth consciousness."  Wealthy people know, when lack or limitation starts to creep in, that they have to look inward.  There is infinite supply there. That is a fact.  And they take 100% responsibility for what is happening.  Donald Trump has filed for bankruptcy over 4 times. His net worth is still $3.2 billion. His financial thermostat is set ‘very high.’ Where is your wealth consciousness thermostat set? 

Wealthy people are aware that wealth is their birthright.  But that way of thinking isn't just reserved for the wealthy. It's time we awaken to the fact that it is our birthright too.    When we observe poverty or sickness, we actively separate from Source.    True strength and power come from within. When we have control over our own thoughts, actions and emotions, we are able to face any challenge or obstacle with confidence and resilience. 

The Roman philosopher Seneca advocates for complete mastery of our thoughts, actions and emotions. He said, “Most powerful is he who has himself in his own power.”

Jennifer Blanchard advances this idea  in her book “Quantum Leap Your Life” Chapter 5.

 She challenges readers to “Act as if.”  

So I did the exercise in my journal. "Acting as if."

June 12th to July 5th, I’m in Paris. Four weeks. I have 3 VIP Client Days booked, each extending for 3 days, 2 nights.

The fourth week is my friend’s birthday celebration, so I keep that free.  I booked the Airbnb.  I booked where I will do yoga. I even booked the flight and started mapping out my wardrobe for the capsule wardrobe for 4 weeks in Paris, June, July 

No doubt or fear is allowed to enter my consciousness.

I’ve made a decision. Now I hold the mental image of being in Paris with my 3 ideal clients who are thoughtful. She has depth. She is comfortably able to spend (and wants to spend) the money on her own personal development. She is ambitious. She is a seasoned traveler. She is someone I want to spend 3 days and 2 nights with working on her thought leadership strategy.   

I’m charging $30K for 3 days and 2 nights, but the VALUE my client gets is way beyond that.  Wallace Wattles, author of "The Science of Getting Rich" talks about something called "Original substance" in his book. Original substance wants you to have everything you want.  Dr. Joe Vitale asks the important question, "How good can you stand it."

Our inclination is to play small. I shouldn't stop at asking for just 3 quality candidat

Statement 6. My inner supply instantly and constantly takes on form and experience according to my needs and desires and as the Principle of Supply In action it is impossible for me to have any unfulfilled needs or desires.

If wealth creation is an "inside job" and that ‘bank’ is infinite, then no need goes unmet. No desire goes unmet.  First class flights and desires are God/Universe/Higher self's highest form of expression. We are merely the conduit, So, then our work is maintaining faith. "F.or A.llowing I.n T.he H.ow"

After buying a plane ticket and you wouldn't keep returning to the travel agent to ask ask if you are still going on the trip. You would continue on with the certainty that the trip is locked.

In Wallace Wattles book, he shares three foundational statements 

1. He uses the term ‘thinking stuff’ and in its original form. It permeates everything. Penetrates, fills the interspaces of the Universe. I think of it like lava pouring from a volcano. It will seep into every crevice allowed it.
2. A thought, in this substance, produces the thing that is imaged by the thought.  Thoughts become things.
3. Man, by impressing upon this lava-like substance with thought, can cause the thing he thinks about to be created.  Dr. Joe Dispenza talks about  particle theory. We mistakenly think that we are all solid mass. But if you looked at an atom under a microscope, you would see its empty space. Particles, upon observation, cluster to form things. Like a couch. Or a chair.  So if we steadily, and with certainty, observe a certain outcome, it has to be.

But here is what the above statements don’t cover: 

We have to be specific. I can’t go to a travel agent and say, I want to go to Colorado, Tunisia and Australia. She won’t know what to book when and what first. I have to be specific about the dates, times and airports I wish to fly out of. 

We have to make a decision. That the thing will come into our existence. It requires thinking, believing, acting as if its already happening.

We have to visualize daily.

Statement 5. Money is not my supply. No person, place or condition is my supply. My awareness, understanding and knowledge of the all-providing activity of the Divine Mind within me is my supply. My consciousness of this Truth is unlimited. Therefore my supply is unlimited.

Our bank accounts, our jobs, clients. They aren’t the source of our wealth. There is only one course that is within us. Our ideas, creativity, imagination, that flows through us to become e books, newsletters, blog posts, videos. That fount is infinite. Armed with that knowledge, we should be empowered to know that what we can make as a result is infinite. 

It is the desire of God, the Universe, Higher Self that you should be rich. He wants you to get rich because he can express himself better through you if you have plenty of things to use in giving him expression. He can live more in you if you have unlimited command of the means of life.

I’ll be honest. I didn’t get as much out of the 40 day prosperity exercise until I did a few key things: 

• Got an accountability partner
• Started to read other complementary books in conjunction with each principle. 

One of those complementary books is Wallace Wattles’ “The Science of Getting Rich,” In it he admits, “Keeping sustained and consecutive thought focused on abundance is the hardest work in the world. Sometimes I feel like it's a minute to minute effort especially when maybe a bank account or income statements don’t match this. But that's the gist of #5. The bank account or income receivables are not our supply. Thoughts create things. With steady observation of the details around the things, it becomes our reality 

Dr. Joe Dispenza explains the science behind this in his book “Breaking the Habit of Being You.”. Particles exist in random order. When we start to ‘observe’ them with intentionality, they cluster. They become  ‘a chair’ or ‘a bed.’  The number of alternate realities of us are unlimited. Which one are you observing now? Becoming aware and conscious is key.
