The Lords of Chaos was a self-styled teen militia formed on April 13, 1996, in Fort Myers, Florida, United States.[2] It was led by Kevin Donald Foster (born Kevin Donald Bates; June 16, 1977). The group gained notoriety for a crime spree that ended on April 30, 1996, with the murder of one of the boys' teachers, Mark Schwebes, the Riverdale High School's band director.

Chris Cifatte has been with WINK News since 2002 and currently anchors the 5 and 6 p.m. newscasts with Lois Thome.
With decades of experience in Southwest Florida, Chris has covered major events from hurricanes Charley, Wilma, and Irma to an investigative series on FEMA’s handling of Hurricane Charley flood claims, reporting that prompted federal attention and results for families. He was among the first journalists on scene after the 2016 Cape Coral tornado and later reported live from Cuba, Washington D.C., and the National Hurricane Conference.
Chris anchors WINK’s election night coverage and has moderated numerous state and local debates. Prior to joining WINK, he worked in South Carolina, Maryland, and California as a journalist and consultant.
He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Broadcast Journalism from American University. Chris also teaches journalism at Florida Gulf Coast University and has mentored many reporters currently working in the WINK newsroom.
