Happy New Year, friends! Time to Set Your New Year Intention!
2026 is here, and with it comes the opportunity to start fresh, walk in purpose, and move toward the life you actually want — not just the one that happens by default.
If 2025 left you feeling disappointed, discouraged, or stuck, this episode is for you. I’m sharing the honest pep talk I gave myself as the clock turned. It’s a reminder that you don’t have to figure everything out — but you do need to decide where you're going, and take daily steps to get there. Let's set your New Year intention here.
In this episode, I talk about:
Whether you're a shy introvert, a mom with very little time, or someone rebuilding after loss or transition — you’ll find encouragement and clarity here. Time to set your New Year Intention.
This year, I'm challenging you (and myself) to stop burying your head in the sand. Let’s stop second-guessing our callings because of fear, burnout, or comparison. If God gave you a picture of the life you want, it’s not foolish. It’s not too big. It’s possible. But only if you believe it is.
And when doubt creeps in? Because it will. I walk you through one powerful thing you can do each day: Speak what you want to see.
Declare it. Pray it. Write it. Say it out loud.
God has given us words, faith, and wisdom. Use them.
This isn’t about hype or hustle — it’s about rooted action. About walking into the new year calm, clear, and confident in who God made you to be.
I want you to show up boldly, take the next right step, and build what matters — even if you’re not sure what the outcome will be. Even if you have to do it afraid.
This episode is your reminder:
You're not stuck.
You're not too late.
You're not too much.
And it's not a dead end unless you decide to stay there.
What are you believing for in 2026? I’d love to hear from you.

It’s officially the end of 2025, and whether this year felt like a marathon or a blur — it’s almost over. And like it or not, we have to move on. Let's do An End of Year Reflection on the podcast.
In this final episode of the year, I want to hold space for reflection — not in an overwhelming, “go journal for three hours” kind of way — but a quiet, honest pause to ask:
What did this year teach me, and how am I moving forward?
This episode is for the introspective soul. The one who wants to end well, not just sprint into a new year without intention. Whether 2025 was filled with incredible wins or unexpected losses it matters how you close it.
I’ll walk you through three simple but powerful reflection questions:
This is your An End of Year Reflection.

Let’s talk about Purpose-Driven Entrepreneurship. We know purpose is crucial, but what role does clarity play in determining this purpose? Sometimes we ask for clarity and expect it to show up instantly. But God often gives us light one step at a time. This is leadership for Introverts.
In this episode, I reflect on Chapter 7 of The Next Right Thing by Emily P. Freeman and the one question that helps me move forward in faith, especially when the path is foggy.
I also share how I wrestled with launching PodGround, a platform for podcasters, and what I learned about fear, courage, and purpose-driven entrepreneurship.
If you’re making a big decision right now, or wondering if fear is calling the shots in your life, this conversation is for you. Tune in if you're interested in how to develop Leadership for Introverts

Let's talk about Starting Over.
Making decisions is hard enough. But what happens when you're making decisions in a season where you feel completely unqualified? When you're a beginner literally feel like you're starting over again.
In this episode of The Driven Introvert Podcast, we continue reading through The Next Right Thing by Emily P. Freeman, and today we’re sitting with a simple but powerful truth: It’s okay to be a beginner.
I share what it looked like for me when I was starting over — from moving to a new country and stumbling through cultural differences, to building a product in an industry where I have zero experience. These stories might feel familiar if you’ve ever:
Emily reminds us that all beginnings come with both joy and grief. To be starting over and beginning something new often means leaving something behind. Whether your current season is one you chose or one you didn’t ask for, you can still move forward — and you don’t have to pretend to know everything.
This is personal growth for introverts. Let's talk about making big decisions a faith driven entrepreneur.
I hope this episode encourages you to be gently honest with yourself, to ask for the wisdom you need, and to remember that admitting “I don’t know yet” is a decision rooted in courage, not weakness.

When we're navigating uncertainties in life, why do we expect ourselves to always know what to do?
In this episode, I’m sharing honest reflections on how to make decisions, especially when the stakes feel high and clarity feels far away.
If you’re navigating uncertainties in life and are afraid of making the wrong move, if you’re overthinking every step, or if you’ve ever wondered whether you’ll miss what God is trying to say… this one’s for you.
We’ll talk about:
When you're navigating uncertainties in life, whether you're finding your calling, trying to get unstuck, or just making big decisions, you don’t need to know everything to move forward. Just the next right thing.
I’d love to hear from you. If you're new here, this is personal growth for introverts and anyone who needs to move from dreamer to doer.

In this episode, we’re digging deep into the quiet truths we believe about God and how those beliefs shape every decision we make. This is about how to trust God with difficult decisions.

Are you making decisions too quickly or not at all because fear is secretly in the driver’s seat?
Let's talk about how to make decisions with grace.
In this episode, I share a personal story about building my business and how a conversation with my husband helped me realize I was moving fast… out of fear. I talk about how to make decisions and what it means to pause, listen, and name the feelings we often bury.
Inspired by Chapter 3 of The Next Right Thing by Emily Freeman, this is an honest reflection on how naming your real motivations can bring clarity, peace, and purpose to your next step. This is a book about how to make decisions with grace and a whole lot of peace.
This is personal growth for introverts who want to get unstuck, navigate uncertainties in life with peace, and get great at making big decisions.

Let's talk about how to make decisions. Unmade decisions create a heavy kind of chaos, especially as an introvert. We carry them everywhere, into our work, our families, even our prayers. In this episode, I reflect on Emily P. Freeman’s book The Next Right Thing (on How to Make Decisions) and what it means to become a “soul minimalist.”
Instead of calling a committee every time we’re at a crossroads, what if we cleared the clutter, leaned into silence, and made space to hear God?
I share:
If you’re considering how to make decisions and you're carrying a decision that feels too heavy, this one’s for you.
Whether you're navigating uncertainty in life or trying to get unstuck, listen in.

Let's talk about how to make decisions as an Introvert.
What do you do when you’re faced with a decision so big, it steals your peace?
This episode kicks off a brand new series on decision-making, because I’m in it too.
From job changes to big life moves, we all face decisions that make our hearts race. In this intro episode, I talk about how to make decisions, and I share how I’m navigating my own path (including starting a new company!) with insight from The Next Right Thing by Emily Freeman.
This book is like a guide that’s full of wisdom, comfort, and grace on how to make decisions.
If you're feeling overwhelmed by uncertainty or paralyzed by fear, this series is for you.

Let's talk about Introvert Success Strategies.
In this episode, I read an excerpt from Uncomfortably Pivot by Sunkanmi Agbomeji, a must-read for anyone navigating career pivots, unconventional transitions, or feeling called to something more. This book is basically career development for introverts or anyone who wants to go from dreamer to doer.
As an introvert, I also share my journey with risk aversion and the mindset shift I’m working through. I've needed Introvert Success Strategies in my own journey to get unstuck.
If you’ve been hesitating on a big decision because of fear or uncertainty, this one’s for you.
Let’s talk about why comfort zones feel safe but can keep us stuck and what it really looks like to take a step of faith when the outcome isn’t clear. If you're an introvert and faith-driven entrepreneur, you need these Introvert Success Strategies.
I’d love to hear what risk you feel God nudging you to take.
