We’re back with "PICTURE THIS," an exploration through every Best Picture nominee ever. This month, hosts Dylan Randazzo and Chadwick Webb are looking at the nominees of 1999 (for the 2000 ceremony). The slate of movies are "American Beauty," "The Cider House Rules," "The Green Mile," "The Insider," and "The Sixth Sense." We are also so lucky to be joined by an esteemed guest, Kerri Webb (co-host of Welcome to Primetime on the Nerd Entertainment Network), a horror expert who we have been wanting on the show for a while.
We break down each nominee individually, discuss some other notable 1999 movies, and in the end, we will rank the nominees ourselves to determine OUR Best Picture winner of 1999. We will also award prizes to our best actors and actresses of these five films.
Also, make sure to stick around for the end, where we will announce NEXT month's year in Oscars history.
