A huge welcome to you! I’m so glad your here, because if you’re a busy mum who just wants her child to eat better and be nourished, then you’re in the right place!

I totally understand the daily struggles of being a mum feeding kids, and I'm here to assure you that you're not alone. With 21 years of experience as a Paediatric Dietitian and a mum of two, I'm here to make the complex simple and give you “doable” strategies for your family, so that your kids are healthier and happier!

In this debut episode of “The Easy Feed”, you’ll hear:

• My fussy eater journey -  I share my personal experience as a mum with a fussy eater and discuss the emotional toll it can take on us as mums.

• My mission -  to empower and support mums who feel overwhelmed or defeated by feeding challenges… and to motivate them and inspire!

• Beyond Nutrition - you will hear me talking about a bigger “feeding eco-system”, which factors in the things you cant see such as expectation, mindset and energy. I’ll be offering insights into the overlooked “hidden” aspects of feeding kids, that whilst invisible are absolutely crucial to setting up kids to be healthy eaters. It's SO more than just putting food on the plate.

• My geeky gut confession - I divulge my obsession with the gut and confess to being a real gut geek - which is only a good thing given how much our gut health influences everything to do with our overall health. 

…and remember, perfection isn't the goal here, creating cherished family mealtimes are what truly matter, together with giving you some head space and confidence back!  I want to leave you with a newfound energy and approach to feeding your children, ensuring that you never feel defeated and alone on this challenging journey of motherhood.
