The Eating Codes Of Weight Loss

In this episode I share:

Eating code 1
Eat when you’re hungry. Don’t eat when you’re not.
The stronger the compulsion to eat when you're not hungry, the stronger the feeling or emotion or situation that you are trying to escape from.

Eating code 2
Decide what you want.
Eat what you really want.

Eating code 3
Satisfied not stuffed.
Become familiar with the feelings of satisfaction versus the feelings of fullness.

Eating code 4
Tune in not out.
When you use overeating, or binge eating to escape your life, you start with one problem, but by the time you eat half the kitchen, you have two problems. Use the pain and pleasure principle to help you overcome that.

Eating code 5
Act like the person you want to become.
If you already had everything you had ever dreamed of, would you feel like you needed to fill your life with food?
