Our interview was with Ann Kask, author of 'Ripe' - a book on growing, handling, harvesting and cooking fruit. Recurring guest Lesley Stav of the Vancouver Island Chef's Association was on hand as well, sharing her involvement in making this book happen. It's a wonderful book, a departure from standard recipe based cook books. Love it!
