If you're frustrated knowing you can help more people, but they're not coming into your program as quick (or as frequently) as you'd like - you're possibly making the same mistake I made.
learning this (and fixing it!) stopped people sitting on the fence, and instead - gained trust, immediately having them dive into my DM's saying things like "it's like you're in my head!!"
I reveal exactly how I fixed this in this episode.
Social proof is one of the most powerful tools in marketing, but too many coaches make the mistake of overcomplicating it with vague buzzwords that don’t resonate.
In this episode, I break down the simple way to write social proof posts that actually connect with your audience and get them to sign up.
Q1 - Where in your business are you resisting adaptation?
Q2 - Where are you taking setbacks personally instead of seeing them as business data?

👉 Ever launched an offer that didn’t get the response you expected? Maybe a free lead magnet, group program, or 1:1 coaching spot—only to hear crickets?
In today’s episode, we’re talking about how your mindset around failed launches directly impacts your future success as an online coach. Because here’s the thing—it’s not just about how good your offer is; it’s about how you interpret the results.
Some coaches see a low-performing offer as proof they’re not good enough… while others see it as valuable feedback to refine, improve, and grow. The difference? Perspective.
In this episode, we’ll cover:
✅ The hidden mindset shift that separates struggling coaches from successful ones
✅ How a ‘failed’ launch can actually be your biggest growth opportunity
✅ Why interpreting setbacks the right way can help you improve client attraction and retention
✅ A simple question to ask yourself after every offer to stay on track
If you’ve ever felt like your business success is tied to how your last launch performed, this episode is for you.

If you feel like the online fitness coaching space is too crowded and you’re struggling to stand out on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Threads, this episode is for you.
The truth?
The market isn’t too saturated - it’s just full of coaches saying the same things in the same way.
If you want to attract dream clients, build authority, and create content that converts, you need to develop a unique voice.
In today’s episode, I’m breaking down four practical ways to stand out and differentiate yourself as an online coach:
✅ Mute other online coaches – Stop consuming content that makes you doubt your message. Instead, focus on speaking directly to your audience’s struggles.
✅ Write down your strongest opinions and talk about them frequently – The more you repeat key beliefs, the more you establish yourself as a thought leader in the fitness industry.
✅ If you’re going to talk about common things, do it from your unique perspective – Your angle, experiences, and storytelling style make a huge difference in engagement and connection.
✅ Talk about you and your journey – People buy coaching from people, not just information. Share your personal fitness journey, struggles, and lessons to build trust.
If you’ve ever wondered, How do I stand out as an online coach? or How do I attract more clients on social media?—this episode will give you the exact strategy you need.

How Much Should You Charge As An Online Coach?
The simple equation:
The amount you want to earn per month divided by the number of clients you want to work with, for example:
Let’s say you want to earn £8,000 per month and you want to take on 40 clients at a time...
£8,000 ÷ 40 clients = £200 per month per client.
