The podcast currently has 30 episodes available.
On the Episode 26, part 2 (yes, I throw out number 25 multiple times on the episode but just ignore it as a little human flaw, a beautiful imperfection left behind :-P ) I speak to an incredible cosmic brother and a beautiful human, Jacques Pierre Cole aka JPC aka Rogue Zen Bon Monk. He is tuning in from San Diego, California.
In his early years, JPC was diagnosed with bi-polar depression. He struggled for many years trying to find his place in this world even trying to commit suicide nearly 20 times throughout those years. Fortunately, his curiosity of why we exist guided him down a life-long journey of wonder and self-discovery.
Before doing what he does today, he has served in the Navy, National Guard, protected people as a police officer, built non-profits to service those who struggle, and now he teaches and mentors others to find their authentic purpose and embrace their reason for being. He has travelled all over the world uncovering the beauty of authentic human kindness. All his years have brought about the wisdom that we are always students.
Zen Bon JPC is the CEO and Founder of the Meditation and Mindfulness Institute for Humans (MMIH). He created this Institute for people to help them in self-discovery, connect and know the feeling of genuine human kindness. When he is not teaching or writing, you can find him enjoying one of his favourite meditations drawing mandalas in the sand.
If you are ever in San Diego, keep your eyes open as you may see this Monk passing you on his longboard with his robes flapping in the wind! His favourite motto is " Celebrate Today's Day! It is the Best day! It is the Only day"
On this incredible 2-part episode we speak about JPCs journey through childhood abuse, years of being suicidal, suffering from mental illness and eventually finding his way to Joy and the tools he has used to get where he is today. Becoming a real-life Monk and a powerful Spiritual Teacher.

Malin is 25 and she was born in Stockholm in the early 90’s with a lot of energy. She was a lively young girl who loved to move in any way possible, always dancing, jumping and running around. As a teenager, her interest for movement changed from something innately joyful, to becoming strict and rigorous.
This unfolded into an awful, unhealthy lifestyle were she sadly developed anorexia at the age of 14, which controlled her life for many years.
During rehab she found Yoga, which transformed her life. From living with anxiety and stress daily, as well as all the rest of the effects of anorexia, to finding balance and harmony within herself. As she said “On the mat I get time for myself, there I can be myself with all my weaknesses and strengths.”
Even though she now has the tools that help her stay on the right track, she’s still slips back into negative thinking from time to time. Today she’s more aware of her inner demons and sees her healing process as a reason to practice self love everyday. She always tries to focus on the silver lining in her everyday life. She bravely shares her story on social media with an open and vulnerable heart.
Before she moved to Australia 3 months ago, she had been working as a professional in training and health with a strong interest in personal development. Today she works online as a Self Love & Abundance Coach with the intention to help women reach their highest potential.
Malin shared her journey through anorexia from a young age with so much openness and vulnerability, struggles with perfectionism through out her life and what helped her through to a space of peace she is in today. A beautiful share about the darkness but also moments of light and love throughout her life.

I got a chance to chat with yet another soulsister, Samantha Tune. What an empowering and heartfelt hour and a bit!!
Samantha is currently 27 years old, and originally from Liverpool, UK. Her work background is in hairdressing and she has been doing it internationally, working at Fashion Weeks around the globe such as Sydney, New York & London.
She started her first successful independent business already in the UK 2014 at the age of 18. In addition to hairdressing, she is also a Reiki Energy Healer and a Holistic Hair Therapist and now in the process of creating a training program on how to turn hairdressers into Holistic Hair Therapist.
With Samantha we spoke about her journey through her lows and highs in life, in becoming the incredible, soulful woman she is today. About being bullied, suffering from dyslexia, bulimia, depression and substance abuse as she was becoming a young woman. Overcoming obstacles. Growing up in a household with a mother who was struggling with her own mental issues and getting in terms with her spirituality, and having traumatised foster children around when Sam was young. About Sams own rock bottom that lead to spiritual awakening and her undying love for hairdressing, connecting with people through it and making it into an extremely successful career for herself. Finding her purpose.

An experience that left her hospital ridden and suffering from depression and PTSD. How it all affected her in life even after she left the company and the powerful ways she used to heal herself. On this incredible episode 20, I spoke to Jaci "Jax" Rogash, a self-confessed perfectionist, who over the last few years has immersed herself in personal development and stopped trying to control her life and really start to embrace each day as it comes. She used to work in the police force, but today is a personal development and empowerment coach for women who have faced adversity which still affects their life today. She helps them overcome their fears, build better relationships, stop caring about what other people think of them and create a rock-solid self-belief system. She also works with female teens around self-love and body confidence. lived with severe depression for 15 years, without anyone knowing.
With Jax we spoke about a number struggles and triumphs in her life. Least of which not being raped as a teen, severe depression lasting over 15 years of her life and even being suicidal due to it all at the time. About how everyone that knew her thought she was a super happy, outgoing, extravert who never let anything get to her. About how when she hit rock bottom in 2016 and she finally realised something in her life had to change. How she finally allowed herself to face her fears, and by doing so has completely changed as a person. About how she now embraces vulnerability and deep conversations rather than tries all she canto avoid them.
A convo full of inspiration, tears and laughter. Lifes roller coaster. What a humbling experience to have her do her very first podcast with yours truly.
