On October 6 Yogi Bhajan appeared to Britt with the message that it was time for her to elevate her sadhana morning practice. It was winter in Minnesota, and Melissa Strahan was struggling with eczema. She’d actually been trying to get rid of it for some time, so when she heard that red light therapy was great for skin problems she committed to going to a salon five days a week for six weeks. Six weeks later her eczema was gone and her skin was glowing.
