Hytro have developed and patented the world’s first blood flow restriction (BFR) wearables, making the well-established method of BFR more accessible and convenient to perform for sports teams, athletes, and research institutions.
Hytro work with over 60 professional clubs across the UK, Europe and the US, with over half of the Premier League football clubs using Hytro for its recovery and performance benefits. Hytro also work with academic institutions to conduct research and innovate in the BFR space, with several publications to date.
Hytro’s Founder, Dr Warren Bradley, spent a decade working in professional sports while completing a PhD in Exercise Physiology. He conceived of a way to make BFR accessible and safe to practice at scale, unlocking the wider benefits of BFR for everyone to experience.
