Kayla, Grace and Saoirse Elliott have recorded a beautiful song in memory of their talented footballing cousin Caolan Finnegan, who died at the age of twenty having been diagnosed with brain cancer a year before his passing, with the proceeds of sales supporting a cancer charity for young people.
